Most standard concrete cancer inspections within our normal Sydney service area are free. A fee may apply for extra travel, specialist assessment, testing, reporting or difficult access.
When Will I Know If A Fee Applies?+
Any applicable site inspection fee is discussed and confirmed before the inspection is booked.
What Should I Send Before Booking An Inspection?+
Send your suburb, property type, a short description of the issue and any useful photos or reports. This helps us confirm the next step and whether a fee may apply.
Do Long-Distance Inspections Always Have A Fee?+
No. Long-distance inspections are considered individually. Travel distance, project size, access requirements and the likely repair scope are taken into account before any fee is confirmed.
Is The Inspection Fee Refundable Or Credited?+
Where applicable, if you proceed with us for the recommended repair works, the inspection call-out fee is credited toward the accepted repair quotation.
Do Difficult-Access Inspections Cost More?+
They can. Scaffolding, EWP, rope access, roof access, inductions, traffic management or restricted work areas can add time and specialist requirements.
Can You Inspect Strata, Commercial And Industrial Properties?+
Yes. We inspect residential, strata, commercial and industrial properties, with inspection requirements assessed according to the site, access and project scope.
Can Specialist Testing Or Reporting Cost Extra?+
Yes. Detailed testing, technical investigations, engineering involvement or comprehensive written reporting may involve an additional fee, which is confirmed before booking.
